Order not delivered to correct address. Customer support is terrible, can't get a response.

They sent my order to the wrong address. The only way I could get a response was to leave a negative comment. That got a Facebook response but they've been unavailable since. Email support doesn't ever respond. They turned off comments, Support is terrible.

User's recommendation: Avoid.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased products from this company, they make an all natural mouse repellent. I bought the pouches that are placed about to repel and I also bought the spray. The product works fine. My problem is that months later when I went to use the spray for the first time, the spray mechanism is defective and wont deploy the product. I wrote to them asking for a new spray bottle, not to replace the product, just the delivery system. They said sorry it is past the 30 day exchange period.

User's recommendation: Buy From Grandpa Gus.
